 | John Banter John Banter is the Associate Director of the Office of Leadership and Community Engagement. John holds graduate degrees in the areas of leadership, Homeland Security management, and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership. John has worked with leadership development for over 10 years developing programs and educational opportunities for personal and professional development. With this his passion is teaching and coaching individuals on how to identify their leadership potential and then harness it in the work they do. As such, John is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and is a Certified Facilitator for the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence inventory. John’s interests with leadership are in developing leadership behaviors, emotional intelligence, innovation, and design thinking. |
