Legacy Project
In the past, Southern Leaders completed Legacy Projects as part of their completion of the program requirements. Below you can find information about what they would do as part of those projects.
The image below is an infographic that illustrates the three key components to designing a successful Legacy Project. It is essential that you are able to address these three areas in your Legacy Project Proposal. Once you complete your Legacy Project, you will also use this infographic to guide you in the creation of a presentation poster to be displayed at the Southern Leaders Showcase & Soiree. We strongly encourage you to submit your Legacy Project Proposal a year before you plan on graduating in order to ensure you have enough time to complete your project.
Students who have completed the Leadership Legacy Project will add reflections on their project’s impact, how they have ensured sustainability, and other information about the project such as people/resources that were involved to their Leadership Portfolio website.
