Welcome to Georgia Southern University Interfraternity Council!

The council’s purpose is to advance fraternity on campus and provide interfraternal leadership to the entire community. As a member of the North American Interfraternity Conference (NIC), IFC represents a diverse range of fraternity men and interfraternal interests, including fraternities founded for leadership and business interests as well as faith-based, multicultural, and new or emerging fraternities.

The Interfraternity Council at Georgia Southern is comprised of six annually elected Executive Board Officers, chapter presidents, and one delegate from each fraternity.

Fraternities within the Interfraternity Council at Georgia Southern University have a formal one week recruitment process as well as an informal, year-round recruitment which allows men to join organizations at any point throughout their experience at Georgia Southern.

2019 Fall Recruitment is postponed due to inclement: Monday, September 9th – 12th, 2019.
