The information on this website is provided in the spirit of transparency and accountability. Fraternities and Sororities at Georgia Southern University are responsible for their choices and actions. Academic/Disciplinary infractions are reported on this website only if a student organization is found responsible following appropriate due process procedures, if the chapter falls under academic probation or if the chapter is placed on interim suspension by their national organization or the university

Max Gruver Act Public Disclosure

In compliance with Georgia state law SB 85 “Max Gruver Act” below is a list of student organizations that have been found to be responsible for violating the hazing policy within the Code of Student Conduct. The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life in collaboration with the Office of Student Conduct and the Office of Student Activities will provide regular updates to the campus community about organizations found responsible for hazing misconduct.
