How to Refer

We appreciate you taking the time to explore ways the Dean of Students team can support you or someone you care about. Please click on the button below to fill out the Student of Concern Report. When completing the referral please include as much detail as possible when answering the questions asked. A member of our team might reach out to you if there is additional information needed.

If the situation requires immediate action, such as situations where the individual is an immediate threat of harming self or others, please contact Public Safety immediately.
