Reservation Request: Off Campus Organization or Person

This form is to be used by off-campus organizations or persons requesting event space or services associated with the Russell Union and Williams Center.

A deposit of one-half the rental fee and a meeting with a reservation assistant to discuss your event is required no later then 3 weeks prior to the event.
