Reserving Hanner Fieldhouse
Hanner Fieldhouse’s primary purpose is dedicated to meet the scheduling requirements of academic classes, athletics, and mission outreach conducted through University departments. Use of Hanner Fieldhouse should meet primary requirements outlined in the Hanner Facilities Policy and should demonstrate audience participation greater than 900. Generally, the use of Hanner Fieldhouse, court floor, and other special activity rooms are not available to off-campus groups except for agreements with Bulloch County School System and Ogeechee Technical College.
The Hanner Facilities Committee, chaired by the Dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences, reviews and approves individual requests for use of this space. The Student Affairs and Enrollment Management (SAEM) representatives on this committee should be the primary contact for questions from student organizations wishing to use Hanner Fieldhouse to conduct their program or event.

Requests for Hanner should be made at least 4 weeks prior to your proposed event date. Additional support for staging, audio/visual rental, custodial, and security (costs are associated) should be directed to the Russell Union Facilities and Event Services office for guidance.
