AV Request Form

If your event is on the Armstrong Campus, please click here.

After your request has been submitted the Audio Visual Coordinator will contact you for further information.

Please make requests at least 2 weeks prior to the anticipated event date.

Payment must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks after you receive your invoice. 

Stage support is only available at Hanner Fieldhouse. Requests for a stage elsewhere will need to be directed to ETS through a University work order.
