The Armstrong TRiO Student Support Services is a program for current or incoming Armstrong students who need academic assistance and other services to be successful at the University. Funded by a Department of Education federal grant to the University, the project provides advising, instruction, tutoring, mentoring and informational workshops for eligible participants.
Active TRiO-SSS participants receive priority registration and are eligible to request Grant-in-Aid. Funds are awarded based on Federal guidelines. Active participants are those who are following their IASP and have not missed more than 2 required activities in their IASP in the month prior their grant application submission.
