Mindful Yoga

Brought to you by Health Services and the Counseling Center, this free class fuses mindfulness practice and yoga for overall healing and well-being. It’s open to students of all levels, and mats are provided.

Classes are taught by:

Angela Landers, Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor

Dr. Gemma Skuraton, Certified Health Education Specialist and Certified Yoga Instructor

Statesboro Campus Only –
Wednesdays 4 – 5 p.m at the Counseling Center

Fridays 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the Counseling Center
