SGA Executive Officer and Senator Position Descriptions

Process for all Candidates

  • Fill out the Candidate Intent to Run form. Candidates qualifications have to be screened to ensure candidate is eligible to run in SGA elections.
  • Campaign according to the Campaign Guidelines (link below) and on the timeline given below.
  • Elections are April 5-7, 2021 and open to the entire student body to vote.

Information Sessions

All sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Students interested in running for a position will need to attend one of the sessions below. Please REGISTER in advance to receive a link for the info. session.

REQUIRED Information Sessions for students interested in running for Executive Officer, Director, and Senator positions. Register Here!

March 24 @5 PM (DEADLINE EXTENDED)      
Deadline to file for Executive Officer and Senator positions via Candidate Intent to Run Form. All submissions will receive a notification after submitting their form to their Georgia Southern email after determining eligibility.
