Washington D.C. Housing

Georgia Southern University contracts housing in Washington, D.C. on your behalf if needed. Housing costs can range $3,000 – $4,500 for the semester, depending on location, and will be assessed to your student invoice as a housing expense.

Additional costs include travel to your internship location and personal living expenses such as meals and local transportation.

We make every effort to ensure you will not be denied participation due to financial need.

Internship Housing is contracted through Washington Intern Student Housing (WISH) in Washington, D.C. There are many options throughout D.C., all of which are located within walking distance to the Capitol, the White House, or a Metro station. Visit the WISH website for Rates and Application.
