Required books for classes on the approved course list are provided as rentals to students under the dual enrollment program. Books provided to students under the dual enrollment program must be returned at the end of the semester to avoid fees. Students will be charged for lost or damaged books.
The University Store designates two to three days for dual enrollment students to pick up their textbooks each semester. Books are not provided for 1) courses that are not on the approved list; or, 2) any text that is not required by the instructor. Please note that iClickers will not be provided under the dual enrollment program. Students whose classes require these will have to purchase them from the University Store.
Students must be present and must show their Eagle ID card to pick up their textbooks from the University Store on the designated pickup days. Students must also bring a completed Textbook Rental Agreement with them in order to pick up their textbooks, which must be signed by their parent/guardian if they are under 18 years of age. Students should check their Georgia Southern email approximately one month before the beginning of the semester for more information on picking up textbooks.
