Statesboro Voter Information

Early voting on Campus:

Early voting for all students, faculty, staff members, and community members who are registered to vote in Bulloch county will take place in the Russell Union Ballroom on the following dates:

Tuesday, October 23rd from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday, October 24th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday, October 25th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

***Please bring your government-issued ID.

***Allow a minimum of 30 minutes to complete the voting process on campus. Once you begin the process you have to complete it at that time. 

Restrictions on Campaign Materials during Early Voting:

During the dates of Early Voting on Campus, no campaign materials will be allowed inside the Russell Union or within 150 feet of the Russell Union. Campaign materials include items such as T-shirts, buttons, hats, posters, flyers, etc. The following link includes a campus map that highlights the area surrounding Russell Union in which campaign materials are not allowed throughout the early voting process.

Registering to vote:
It is important that you use you street address to register. The last day to register to vote is Tuesday, October 9th

Local Address is Required:

You will need to know your physical address along with your apartment or room number. An address list for residence halls and local apartment complexes is attached below.  If you live in an apartment complex and you do not see your address listed, contact your landlord or complex office to find out the correct street address:

Find out where you are registered to vote: you are registered to vote or want to find out if you are registered, fill in the required information under MVP Login on the right side of the page. This will provide information regarding your voting location and times.

Absentee vote:
Provide the required MVP Login information and click the link for an Absentee Ballot Application


Follow this link directly to the Absentee Ballot Application:
Mail or fax your Absentee Ballot Application to your County Registrar (link provided under “Absentee Ballot Request Information”)

Early voting:

The Saturday voting day will take place on October 27th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Honey Bowen Building and the Bulloch County Annex. This is a statewide voting date and those who are registered in other counties can vote at the assigned places in their home county.

Regular voting:

Election Day voting will take place on Tuesday, November 6th at assigned precincts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.
