Major Information
The degree programs in biology at Georgia Southern offer a broad education in the sciences with a special depth in biology. The flexibility of the programs permits preparation for entrance to professional or graduate programs, or employment in the field. The B.A. in biology allows students with broader interests to pursue additional coursework toward a minor of their choice, while the B.S.B. in biology contains additional in-depth biology providing a strong foundation for more advanced post-graduate studies.
