VIA Experience

Want to lead meaningful change?

Consider a VIA Experience!

Volunteer leadership opportunities available with local agencies.

VIA Project Leaders volunteer 5-15 hours a week, leading meaningful projects with our local Community Partners.  Choose to work in Activities Planning, Special Events Management, Grant Writing, Research, Social Media, Marketing/PR, Volunteer Management, Non-Profit Management —over 50 positions available!

Students:  Students interested in a VIA Experience should search through current postings, review the Community Partner’s entry,  and then contact the organization at the email provided on the position description. Position descriptions are posted here with Career Services.

These experiences are generally available to all students. Upperclassmen and graduate students may be able to define the experience as an internship or practicum for academic credit. You will need to meet with your academic adviser to investigate this possibility, and course registration with tuition will be necessary.
