Application
Interested organizations can complete and submit an electronic application or paper application until August 20, 2021. Participants will be notified of acceptance the week of August 23, 2021. The fee of $200 is due by September 3.

Paper Submissions
Paper applications are available for the 2021-2022 year that will begin September 2021. You will be able to pay electronically here via a credit card or e-check. Paper applications can be mailed to:
