One hour lecture series held each week. Learn and grow in your leadership abilities with a new discussion topic each week. Past topics have included Leadership and the Media, Group Dynamics, Managing Your Stress, and more.

This is our highly anticipated Fall Leadership Conference that brings together students from colleges and universities across Georgia to participate in active learning about leadership and its many aspects. Come ready to learn about leadership, to make new friends, and to leave feeling refreshed and ready to take your leadership to the next level.

This leadership class for first-year students is a great first step into personal leadership development. Make new friends and expand what you currently know of as "leadership" with this engaging class.

The Volunteer Involvement Board (VIB) allows current Georgia Southern University students to combine their love for volunteering with the chance to learn hard skills in leadership. The VIB will have students serving as Chairs and others as Committee Members. Committee Members will serve on committees (headed by a Chair) to plan, implement, and evaluate volunteer projects for the Georgia Southern Community.

Up ‘til Dawn is a student organization with the goals of raising money & awareness for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.

Get involved by attending any of the Up ‘til Dawn events or by applying to be a 2008-2009 Executive Board Member: Applications will be available after Spring Break and will be due in the Office by April 9th, 2008.

Each week, the Office of Student Leadership & Civic Engagement offers opportunities for students to go out and volunteer in the community. Meet in RU 2022.
