The Office of Student Activities/Eagle Entertainment will be in charge of organizing concession/box office sales for movies at the Russell Union Theatre. Please read below for procedures.

ALL RESERVATIONS FOR THE THEATRE OR PROJECTIONIST SHOULD BE DONE WITH THE RUSSELL UNION FACILITIES OFFICE – SUSAN NELSON

BOX OFFICE:

Option 1:

(Sponsoring group/organization will be charging an admission price for the movie)

• Sponsoring group/organization will be charged $20.00 to have a box office employee take admission (includes 30 minutes prior to start and one hour after movie has started)
  
• The Office of Student Activities will obtain 10% of ticket sales
  
• Additional revenue will be deposited into the Office of Student Activities account and then a transfer or check request will be completed to the sponsoring group/organization
  

Option 2:

(NO ENTRY FEE FOR MOVIE)

• No box office staff will be needed - NO CHARGE

CONCESSIONS:

Option 1:

(Sponsoring group/organization will provide basic concessions for free)

• Basic concessions consists of soda and popcorn
  
• Sponsoring group/organization will be charged a flat fee of $35.00 and that will include staff to sell concessions and the supplies/product
  
• Concessions will close one hour after the start of the movie
  
• Concessions will be FREE for all movie guests
  

Option 2:

(Sponsoring group/organization requests concessions be sold)

• Soda, popcorn, candy, etc.
  
• Sponsoring group/organization will be charged a flat fee of $25.00 and that will include staff to sell concessions and the supplies/product
  
• Movie guests will be charged for concessions (various prices based on product)
  
• Concessions will close one hour after the start of the movie
  
• The Office of Student Activities will maintain 100% profit from sales
