Eligibility
Talent Search at Georgia Southern University assists some 900 participants in completing high school and pursuing a postsecondary education. To be eligible for participation, a student must:
- Display potential for success at the postsecondary level;
- Reside in the Georgia counties of Bulloch, Emanuel, Jenkins, or Screven;
- Be enrolled in grades six through twelve or be a high school/postsecondary dropout; and
- Be at least 11 years of age or be a veteran of any age
Students begin receiving services within a month of their acceptance. Contact the appropriate Educational Program Specialist for additional information.
