How will Georgia Southern use email to communicate with me?  What is an EAGLEGRAM?

In September of 2000, the University adopted a policy that recognizes your Georgia Southern email account as an official method of correspondence.   Official email correspondence will have 'Georgia Southern University EAGLEGRAM' as the subject.  Students are expected to regularly check their accounts for activity.  In some cases, your Georgia Southern email account will be the only method of communication utilized to communicate important information to you.  To understand more about this, please review the 'Electronic Communications' section of the current Student Guide at http://students.georgiasouthern.edu/sta/guide/.

For information regarding sending EAGLEGRAMS, please read the procedures at http://students.georgiasouthern.edu/sta/EAGLEGRAM.
