Georgia Leveraging Education Assistance Program (LEAP)

The Georgia LEAP (Leveraging Educational Assistance Program) provides educational grant assistance to undergraduate Georgia residents who demonstrate exceptional financial need who are enrolled for at least six semester hours. LEAP Grants do not have to be paid back and can be awarded in addition to the Pell Grant. The maximum award is $1,000 a year at Georgia Southern. The amount you receive depends on when you apply, your level of need, and the funds available in the program.
