MGNT 3130/3130S/3130HManagement and Organizational Behavior: 3-0-3 Examines the various perspectives on managing organizations and the basic management functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. Emphasis is placed on the functions of organizing and leading. Designed to complement the planning and controlling skills taught in MGNT 3430. Organizational behavior topics such as motivation, communication, and decision-making are also covered. Prerequisite: Pre-business and undeclared students must meet the requirements for BBA status.
