Volunteer: Be an Involved Parent

The Office of Parent Programs and Student Leadership and Civic Engagement is excited to offer an opportunity for you to be involved in the success of your student and other students at Georgia Southern University.

Leadership Internships

We are looking to place students in the highest level of leadership internship positions available within your business or organization. The internship experience should have an intentional leadership component such as observing/particpating in leadership discussion of challenges within the organization and the opportunity to learn from the decision process and observe how the business or organization is affected. The student should receive atleast three (3) hours a week contact time with upper leadership within the organziation in addition to other tasks as assigned. Paid interships are encouraged.

Students selected for this experience will have participated in a rigorous interview process and also be trained in etiquette, confidentiality and importance of trust before entering the internship. To learn more, complete the form below to submit your information.
