What is LeaderShape?leadershape_group_graphic_2
LeaderShape is an interactive six-day experience designed to equip young adults to become amazing leaders!  Students will work in both the large group (60-70 participants) and in small groups known as “family clusters”.  Through these interactions students will work to define his/her personal vision – an extraordinary commitment to changing and contributing to the world in a positive way.   Throughout LeaderShape students will be a part of a supportive community and will be able to create close friendships with fellowparticipantsand staff facilitators.  Students willleave the institute with an appreciation for leading withintegrity and leadershape_group_graphic_3will have a healthy disregard for the impossible!

Quotes from previous Georgia Southern LeaderShape participants
LeaderShape is unlike any other conference I've attended. You go in thinking that you have done all of this before...and maybe you have, but this time it just feels different. My favorite quote from the entire conference was: "Throw yourself into life like a pebble in a river and watch the ripples!" ~Clarissa Crawford

My experiences at LeaderShape were unforgettable...I've attended MANY leadership conferences in the past but yet I was still challenged, and able to take things away from LeaderShape with me and grow! After leaving LeaderShape I felt compelled to do even more...especially being surrounded by so many young people with hearts dedicated to service but leadership styles similar and different from mine. Put as simply as possible: It's a ride you'll know nothing about if you sit back and miss the train, for it is definitely an experience!! ~Shri Davis

LeaderShape 2007 was AMAZING!

Thank you participants!
