Graduate Student Housing
Georgia Southern provides a limited number of spaces for single graduate students in the Graduate Student Neighborhood (GSN) in Southern Courtyard. Graduate students may apply for the GSN once they have been accepted to GSU and the housing applications are available.
Students can complete their Application for housing by signing up online at the University Housing Application and by paying the $100 non-refundable Housing Application Fee. Once a student is assigned to a space, he/she is sent a Housing Contract to sign and return along with the $200 prepayment. The $200 Prepayment is applied towards the fall semester’s housing fees. For more information, please refer to the Housing Contract.
Unfortunately, University Housing is unable to provide housing for married graduate students or for students with families.
Information about the rooms available in the GSN can be found on the Southern Courtyard information page. Amenities of the rooms include private bedrooms with full-sized beds, a bathroom shared with 1 other person, a full kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, sink, oven, stove, and dishwasher, and a washer and dryer located within each unit.
