University Housing

At Georgia Southern University we take pride in our Facilities. University Housing aims to provide a safe, clean, and healthy environment for our residents. To maintain our buildings we have a full time staff of Maintenance technicians and Custodial crews. Maintenance technicians are assigned to each building to perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the week. In addition, our custodial staff maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of public areas in each Residence Hall including restrooms, corridors, community rooms, kitchens, stairwells, laundries and offices. We also offer custodial services after hours as well as on weekends.
