For the 2007-2008 academic year, Watson Commons Suites is a nine-month Upperclass Communities. Southern Courtyard's Deluxe Apartments and Southern Pines Deluxe Suites provide a 10 month Upperclass Community option. This allows students access to their housing unit from August through May, including all breaks. Only students who matriculated at college (at Georgia Southern or elsewhere) in January 2007 or before are eligible to live in these communities.

Due to administrative changes, we are unable to offer the Sophomore Year Experience listed in the Housing Communities Brochure for the 2007-2008 Academic year.

Graduate Student Housing A number of units in Southern Courtyard are reserved for Graduate Students who wish to live on-campus. These units are located together in one of the four Southern Courtyard buildings and priority for these spaces is given to graduate students.
