Instructions: Current residents living in Olliff, Johnson, and Winburn are
eligible to buy 1 brick for $25 and may come pick it up at the Housing office upon notification that it is ready
to be delivered. Alumni and the community at large may purchase up to 10 bricks for $50 per brick, and may either
come pick it up at the Housing office upon notification or pay $10 shipping and handling per brick and they will
be shipped directly to the recipient.
The form below is divided into two sections: the first section is for current residents living in Olliff, Johnson, and Winburn only;
the second section is for alumni and members of the community at large only.
Current residents: In the form to the right, you will be asked to provide your name, hall
information, and your EagleID number so that we are able to verify that you are a current resident of
Olliff, Johnson, or Winburn. Please keep in mind that you are only allowed to purchase 1 brick for a total
of $25.
Alumni and community at large: In the form to the right, you will be asked to provide your
name, daytime telephone number, and you will be able to choose how many bricks (up to a total of 10
per person) you would like per hall. Please keep in mind that you may only purchase 10 bricks, regardless
of what combination per hall you choose. After you have filled out this information, please click the
"Submit" button and you will be taken to the Georgia Southern University Foundation, Inc.
website where you will be asked to fill out your address and personal information. **Please indicate the
total that was computed for you through our Brick Order Form when it asks for your "gift amount," and in
the Comments/Designations text box, please indicate that you are purchasing memorial bricks from Housing.
Important:
Please note on the image above -- When you enter in your total money owed that was calculated
for you on the Brick Order Form, please ONLY click in the "Other" text box under the the
"gift amount" section and type in your total. If you click any of the pre-set amount buttons,
you may risk paying more than needed.
Also, before submitting this form, please indicate in the Comments/Designations box that
you are purchasing memorial bricks from Housing.
The reason that you must complete your payment through the Foundation, Inc. website is because all
monetary transactions taking place through this website are tax deductible.
Please Note: If you are interested in only making a monetary donation to University
Housing instead of purchasing memorial bricks, you may click the button to the right and it will take you
directly to the Georgia Southern University Foundation, Inc. website. Please fill out all of the
appropriate information, and in the comment box, please indicate that you are donating to the Housing
Memorial Brick fund. |
