Alpha Tau Omega Paintball for Patriots philanthropy event

On March 7th, 2015, Alpha Tau Omega held its first annual Paintball for Patriots philanthropy event at Statesboro Paintball. All of the proceeds of the event were donated directly to the Wounded Warrior Project which raises awareness and provides direct programs and services to assist members of the military who have been injured in the line of duty. A tournament style bracket was set up with teams of five all competing for the first place prize that included five free paintball games provided by Statesboro Paintball and five “Paintball for Patriots” t-shirts. Along with the first place cash prize, there was a flat screen television, t-shirts, gift cards and other items raffled off.  Alpha Tau Omega is proud to announce that $1000 was raised on Saturday and will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project in the name of the fraternity.  We were thrilled with the turnout and are looking forward to making this event bigger and better next year!
