Where is the test proctoring lab?                         

We are located on Forest Drive in Building 805, Room 1021.

How do I schedule exams?

Stop by or call the testing proctoring lab at least 24 hours in advance of your exam.

What happens if I'm late for my exam?

Within reason you will be allowed to take the exam provided space is available. Exception: professor has specific time restraints.

What should I do if I forget to schedule an exam?

Call the test proctoring lab, 871-1432, immediately; we may have space for you. If this becomes a habit, you may lose your test proctoring privileges.

Is the process for scheduling finals different?

Yes, you need to schedule final exams at least one week in advance.

What if I cannot take an exam at the same time as my class?

Most professors will allow you to take it at another time within reason.

What happens if I forget to come in and take an exam?

You need to discuss this with your professor. If he/she will allow you to take the same exam another day/time, we must be notified by the professor via phone or email (sdrc@georgiasouthern.edu).

Where can I find this information?

It is in the student guide that was given to you during your intake. It is also available on our website.

Whose responsibility is it to make sure my test is at the test proctoring lab?

It is your responsibility to remind your professor to send the exam to us. If you plan to take your exams with us, you should notify your professor at least 48 hours in advance of each exam. You may call the test proctoring lab, 871-1432, to make sure we have your test.

Why can't I schedule test after 3 pm?

We do not have staff to cover evening tests except in rare cases.
