Accommodation Letter
Following the completion of documentation requirements, students meet with an SDRC staff member for an intake and preparation of an Accommodation Letter. The Accommodation Letter includes:
Statement concerning confidentiality
Student's name and the last four digits of Eagle ID number
Date student receives Accommodation Letter
Semester for which accommodations are to be provided
List of student's academic strengths (accommodations are based on these strengths)
List of academic areas impacted by disability. Cognitive processing (the means by which the brain processes information) deficits determine what academics are impaired.
