Keith Arnett, M.A.Mr. Arnett received his degree in Counseling Psychology in 2004 from Argosy University/Georgia School of Professional Psychology after completing a year-long practicum at Georgia Southern's Counseling and Career Development Center. He joined the CCDC staff in October of 2004. Mr. Arnett's clinical interests include adolescent issues, substance abuse, ADHD, and mood disorders. What is your all-time favorite dessert? Sandrine Bosshardt, Ph.D.Dr. Bosshardt received her degree in Counseling Psychology in 2006 from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, after completing her pre-doctoral internship at the Student Counseling Center at that same university. She joined the CCDC staff in September of 2006. Dr. Bosshardt's clinical interests include Experiential therapy, mood disorders, interpersonal process, psychopharmacology, and theories/assessment of personality. Jodi Caldwell, Ph.D., Assistant Director for TrainingDr. Caldwell received her degree in Counseling Psychology in 2000 from Texas Tech University, where she also completed her pre-doctoral internship. She joined the CCDC staff in August of 2000. Coordinator and committee roles include CCDC Career Services Coordinator, CCDC Social Coordinator, Chair of the University Sexual Assault Response Team (SART), Bulloch County Rape Crisis Center Initiative, Staff Development Committee, and the Planning Committee for GLBT Awareness Week. Dr. Caldwell's clinical interests include women's issues, GLBT issues, depression, religious/spiritual issues in counseling, sexual assault, and vocational/career counseling. Dr. Caldwell was the recipient of a 2005 Award of Merit for "Excellence in service to the Georgia Southern University Community." What is your favorite quote? I have too many to pick just one, but my favorite poem is The Road Less Traveled, by Robert Frost. What is your favorite dessert? Cannoli What was your most embarrassing moment? Oy! Life is a series of them. I am notorious for tripping, falling, banging into things, and occasionally putting my foot in my mouth! Cheryl DonaldsonMrs. Donaldson is a Senior Secretary for the CCDC, and she joined us in February of 1990. She greets students when they come to the Center, makes sure they fill out the proper paperwork, and assists them in gaining access to the help they need. Mrs. Donaldson also schedules appointments for the entire staff, including three practicum students and six special rooms. Additionally, she is responsible for the client database, processing medical withdrawals, helping students with testing, and assisting with other administrative duties when necessary. What is your favorite quote? What song do you sing along with the radio at the top of your lungs while driving alone in your car? "She Drives Me Crazy" If you could be a super hero, what would your name and special power be? Touched By An Angel- Angel What was your most embarrassing moment? Getting caught in my pajamas and no way to get back into the house. |

Steven Jacobson, Ph.D.Dr. Jacobson received his degree in Counseling Psychology in 2006 from Oklahoma State University, after completing his pre-doctoral internship at Arizona State University. He joined the CCDC staff in August of 2006. Dr. Jacobson's clinical interests include gender and multicultural issues, depression, GLBT, self-esteem, and group counseling. What is one interesting fact about you? I have been DJing for dance clubs, wedding receptions, and community events for several years (as “Wonderbread J”) and currently co-own a small DJ company (Do Good DJs) that focuses on community involvement, non-profit fundraising, and good music. What do you think is the best television comedy show of all time? It’s a three way tie between Fantasy Island, Different Strokes, and What’s Happening. What song do you sing with the radio at the top of your lungs while driving alone in your car? I was a big fan of New Edition, so Candy Girl, Cool it now, or Mr. Telephone Man. David Matthews, Ph.D., DirectorDr. Matthews received his degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Virginia in 1974, where he also completed his internship. His responsibilities include general administration, supervision of clinical and other programs, and provision of clinical services. His areas of interest include Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, clinical assessment/diagnosis, and psychopharmacology. |

Angela Ogburn, M.S.Ms. Ogburn received her degree in Clinical Psychology in 2005 from Georgia Southern University, after completing her practicum at GSU's Counseling and Career Development Center. Kimberly Rowan, Ph.D.Dr. Rowan received her doctorate degree in 2007 from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA after completing her pre-doctoral internship at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Kim joined the CCDC staff in November of 2007.
