Crisis?Our Services : Career Counseling

Career Counseling

Choosing a major or career may seem overwhelming. We can help students explore aptitudes and interests, assess career values, and find out about job requirements and opportunities. We offer a variety of formats to accomplish this, including one-on-one counseling, career groups, testing, and computer-assisted career exploration.

Career Exploration Workshop

Choosing a major or career can be a stressful undertaking for college students. In this workshop, we will help normalize these feelings and discuss ways to relax and enjoy the process of career exploration. Assessments will be used to help students identify their values, interests, and personality, and relate these to the world of work. Students will also engage in other activities and learn about resources they can use in the process of selecting a major and considering possible career opportunities. This workshop will be 4 weeks long, and the beginning date is yet to be determined. See workshops for more information.
