Relaxing Phrases

Sometimes it is helpful to repeat certain phrases to yourself in order to deepen your state of relaxation. A series of phrases are presented for you here.

Before you play the relaxation exercise, please take a moment to help us learn whether these exercises are useful. Your participation is voluntary, and this research has been approved by Georgia Southern University's Institutional Review Board. No identifying information about our visitors will be gathered, and all individual responses will be kept confidential. It is also expected that there will be little or no risk to those who participate. By submitting the form below you are giving your consent for participation. While people of all ages may use our relaxation exercises, you must be 18 years or older to participate in this survey. Based on the descriptions for some of the numbers, determine what number best describes how you are currently feeling. Your personal rating can be any number from 0-100.
