Southern Leaders Coaching Chair

Position Description

The Coaching Chair is charged with the planning and execution of the coaching program including: training coaches, developing program schedule, coordinating events, supporting coaches through bi-weekly meetings, communicating important information to coaches, and overall program oversight.

Minimum Requirements

Member of Southern Leaders, Must have served as a coach, and be a rising junior or senior.

Expectations

Attends Southern Leaders Advisory Council Meetings, Attends Southern Leaders Leadership Retreat, Organizes and leads bi-weekly meetings with coaches, Plans and attends Variety Show, Serves as Reviewer of all Legacy Project Proposals.
